What I build

Services

Available for freelance & remote work. Every engagement covers design, build, testing and deployment.

01

MVP in 6–10 weeks

SaaS & web app development

From idea to a product people can log in to and pay for: a Next.js front end, a Node.js API, PostgreSQL, auth and roles, an admin panel, and a production deployment.

  • Scoping session and a written technical plan
  • Responsive Next.js / React front end
  • REST API with authentication and role-based access
  • Admin dashboard to manage your data
  • Deployment on Vercel, Railway or AWS with CI

APIs, integrations & AI features

Connect your product to the services it depends on, or add AI features to it: REST APIs, payment and messaging integrations, background jobs, and LLM-powered endpoints.

  • Documented REST APIs (OpenAPI / Swagger)
  • Third-party integrations such as WhatsApp Cloud API, Stripe or email
  • Scheduled jobs and retries that survive failures
  • LLM features behind a clean FastAPI or Node.js service
  • Node.js
  • FastAPI

05

Starts with an audit

Legacy modernization & performance

Give an old system a modern API without a risky big-bang migration, or find out why your app is slow and fix it.

  • Audit of queries, caching and bottlenecks, with measurements
  • API layer over legacy databases such as Oracle
  • Search with Apache Solr, background sync and event pipelines
  • Step-by-step migration plan with no downtime
  • Oracle
  • Node.js
  • Apache Solr
  • NATS JetStream
  • Docker

  • Live updates over WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
  • Notifications and activity / audit feeds
  • React

Working together

Pick the model that fits

Fixed-scope project

A clearly defined build with a fixed price, split into milestones you sign off one at a time.

Best for: MVPs, new features, migrations

Monthly retainer

A set number of hours each month for new features, fixes and upgrades, with one developer who knows your codebase.

Best for: Live products that keep evolving

Remote team member

Full-time or long-term contract work inside your team: your stand-ups, your tools, your roadmap.

Best for: Teams hiring remote engineers

Process

From first call to launch

  1. Step 1

    Discovery call

A free call to understand the problem, the users and what success looks like.

  2. Step 2

    Proposal

Written scope, milestones, timeline and price, so there are no surprises later.

  3. Step 3

    Build in milestones

Weekly updates and a staging link you can click through from the first milestone.

  4. Step 4

    Launch & handover

Deployment, documentation and a walkthrough. The code is yours, in your repository.

FAQ

Questions clients ask

Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Yes. I've worked with UK-based teams since 2022, and everything (calls, documentation, contracts and invoices) is in English. Where you are doesn't matter; clear communication does.

What time zone are you in, and how much overlap will we have?

I'm in Pakistan (PKT, UTC+5). That gives a full working day of overlap with the UK and Europe. For US clients I keep a few hours of overlap for calls, and async updates cover the rest.

How does a project start?

With a free call to understand what you need. I then send a written proposal with scope, milestones, a timeline and a price. Work starts once we agree on the first milestone.

How do you price work?

Clearly scoped projects get a fixed price split into milestones, and you pay as each one is delivered and accepted. Ongoing work is billed hourly or as a monthly retainer.

How will I know how the project is going?

You get a written update every week and a staging link you can click through from the first milestone. I'm happy to work in your tools: Slack, Jira, Linear, Trello or GitHub.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code lives in your repository from day one, and I'm happy to sign an NDA before we talk details.

Do you support the product after launch?

Yes. Every project includes a bug-fix period after launch, and you can keep me on a monthly retainer for new features, upgrades and monitoring.

Are you open to full-time remote roles?

Yes, for the right team. My CV is linked on the home page, and the Experience section on the About page covers my work history.
